The project is located in Russia and is in the conceptual design and project estimation phase of a modular refinery. Non-binding technical proposals and budget quotes are sought. The feedstock is medium-sulfur crude oil, and the plant is designed for an outdoor temperature range of -40 to +40°C. Preference is given to modular/bulk handling. The scope includes common pressure reduction towers and in-tower components, reactors, separators, pressure vessels, tanks/drums, desalination, filters, tube-in-shell heat exchangers, and modular handling, among other stationary equipment. Process packages, FEED, or detailed designs may be provided separately, as may installation guidance, commissioning, and training options. Installation and construction are not included, and Russian customs clearance and certification are the buyer's responsibility. Key equipment involves full vacuum to medium-high pressure and temperatures up to approximately 400°C. Heat exchangers are referenced to TEMA/API 660, and corrosion-resistant solutions may involve NACE and 316L composite or lining. The partner must have the capability to design, manufacture, test, and certify stationary refinery equipment and must be able to submit data tables, manufacturing boundaries, and pricing assumptions.

Russia is in the pre-feasibility/conceptual design and CAPEX preliminary assessment stage for a deep-processed vegetable oil project. The proposed facility will include a 10,000-tonne-per-year C12-C14 high-grade fatty alcohol unit, co-producing stearic acid and distilled/pharmaceutical-grade glycerol. The process encompasses oil hydrolysis, fatty acid fractionation and esterification, methyl ester hydrogenation, methanol recovery, fatty alcohol refining, stearic acid granulation, and glycerol evaporation/distillation.

We are currently soliciting proposals for:
- Process package and technology route comparison
- Basic/detailed design
- Supply of main and auxiliary equipment
- Piping, electrical instrumentation, and automation
- Installation guidance
- Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing
- Training

Hydrogenation options include high-pressure stirred reactors, liquid-phase fixed-bed, and low-pressure gas-phase fixed-bed routes. Phase 1 includes procedures for complete disassembly inspection, gas generator support repair, compressor rotor/stator repair, combustion chamber repair, and turbine rotor repair. The work scope covers removing all pipelines from the complete machine and disassembling it down to individual parts, cleaning parts, dimensional tolerance inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), and issuing a GTD defect list to confirm scrapping criteria with the customer; sequentially processing each stage of the gas generator supports, compressor stationary and rotating parts, combustion chamber, and turbine rotor, replacing damaged blades, seals, fuel injectors, thermocouples and other components, repairing coatings and sealing surfaces, and performing component runout control and dynamic balancing. Phase 2 carries out repair work on the turbine stator, power turbine rotor, and power turbine stator, repairing various sealing clearances, nozzles, blade coatings, replacing damaged components, correcting dynamic balance, and completing all turbine stationary and rotor component repairs. Phase 3 performs engine final assembly, mandatorily replacing all original bearings of the drive box; preparing overhaul execution documents and completion reports and communicating with the customer; completing equipment insulation, nameplate, wiring, and overall protective packaging, and transporting the gas turbine engine to the customer's plant using an air-suspension special vehicle. Phase 4 covers the on-site acceptance testing stage. Within 72 hours after the equipment arrives at the customer site, the complete-machine acceptance test run shall be conducted. The test plan is prepared by the contractor and confirmed by the customer; the repaired gas turbine replaces the original unit and undergoes a continuous 72-hour trial operation. The total duration of all procedures for complete machine replacement, repair, and testing shall not exceed 14 calendar days. After the test, a complete set of execution documents shall be submitted.
