An Indian large-scale phosphorus chemical enterprise is planning to build a 1 million ton/year sulfuric acid production unit to provide raw materials for the downstream phosphorus chemical industry chain. The project is of large scale and is planned to use the sulfuric acid production process. The owner is concerned with the conversion and absorption efficiency, the level of waste heat recovery utilization, and the ability of the unit to operate stably over a long period. Design institutes with experience in designing large-scale sulfuric acid units are welcome to interface and provide process solutions, basic design, and heat energy integrated utilization solutions. Suppliers of key equipment such as sulfurization furnaces, converters, and dry absorption towers, as well as catalysts, are also welcome to participate in exchanges and explore subcontracting cooperation.

The Russian petrochemical industry is planning to build a custom purification system with a feed rate of approximately 283 tons per day and a hydrogen purity of 99.9%, using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to meet the hydrogen quality requirements of downstream high-value devices. At present, the client has received the technical plan and is in the clarification and evaluation stage, focusing on adsorbent life, hydrogen recovery rate, automation level of the system, and long-term operation stability. Technical parties with performance in large-scale PSA hydrogen production and purification systems are welcome to interface, provide process packages, detailed designs, and adsorbent support services; at the same time, suppliers of key equipment such as control valves and adsorption towers are welcome to negotiate supply and joint bidding.
